Creating the environment for all to excel

Client Engagement

Julie works confidentially with all clients and quite unintentionally, for the last 15 years, she has worked with new clients through personal recommendation only.

Clients' professional fields range from public sector to private corporations, medical to military, first time leaders through to public sector board development and public and private sector exec director, CEO and Chair executive coaching.  She has been particularly successful in facilitating team building and leadership programmes across the full range of experience, entry level team build days right through to strategic collaborative vision sessions.

She is a proven skilled operator capable of bringing the talent to the surface of any, and all, levels.

Whilst confidentiality is assured, Julie is also very comfortable operating under NDAs should the client wish.

Julie Frizzell FIolL

Creator of environment and opportunity for leaders and teams to excel.

Highly sought-after leadership and performance coaching consultant with a gift for creating exceptional professional relationships and bringing the finest leadership theories to life. Adept at being optics-aware in any sphere, she intuitively gets to the heart of challenges, aiming to unlock dormant potential in both individuals and teams of all levels and types. Operating with strict confidentiality, she has worked with many boards to maximise their strengths and optimise performance.

Julie has become a much-sought after facilitator, who works under a strict confidentiality umbrella to preserve clients’ reputations; she has enabled significant success for private sector and healthcare clients. Several of her coaching and facilitation clients have received national awards and commendations. A former RAF wing commander with considerable experience across a number of fields, both domestically and operationally, since retiring in 2008 Julie has been in private practice. A gifted facilitator who has worked in many areas of the UK workforce, she has had considerable success consulting for, and with, private companies, professional bodies, government departments, the military and the NHS.

For several years now she has been a Non Exec Director, having held marketing, communications, sporting and business development portfolios. Resilient and with a strength of character born of humble beginnings and military service, she is a warm and engaging professional, able to connect with all.

Her childhood was spent in the struggling mining villages of the North East in the 80s, her learning done whilst in the RAF, and in every professional area she has worked, she has started at the bottom and worked her way up; she achieved senior officer rank by the age of 30.

Notwithstanding now being comfortably (and happy to be) approaching mid-50s, she remains a committed sportswoman (having represented GB at UK based international dressage events) with a strong sense of duty, evinced by her role as a Parish Councillor and Vice Chair. Julie has also been a  Trustee and Non Exec Director of national charity, The Brathay Trust as well as spending 8 years as a NED for an Olympic, Paralympic and National Governing Body.  Furthermore, she has supported several boards in the public and private sectors and has been a vital enabler for high(er) performance, no matter what the board's starting point has been (it should be added that she has worked across the performance scale too, from struggling poor performing, to exceptionally collaborative, strategic leadership teams).

In any area she connects with, she will bring vibrance with a good dose of reality where relationship management is nurtured and platinum standard consultancy is affordable for all.
